Back in April during the 2012 NFL Draft, pundits and fans everywhere questioned Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shannahan as to why he would draft a quarterback in the fourth round after selecting Robert Griffin, III with the second pick of the draft. The team sacrificed their first round draft pick until 2015 in order to get the services of RG3. That pick has certainly paid off dividends as the Redskins now see themselves tied for first place in the NFC East.
