The teenage son of Fox Sports anchor Chris Myers has been killed in a car accident. The Associated Press reported Saturday that Christopher Myers, 19, died in Southern California, where the Myers family lives. FOX Sports NASCAR studio host and NFL on FOX sideline reporter Chris Myers will miss Daytona Speedweeks broadcasts due to the death of his son, Christopher.
"It is with tremendous sadness that the FOX Sports family acknowledges the passing of Christopher Myers, 19, son of NASCAR on FOX studio host Chris Myers," said Eddie Motl, Manager of FOX Sports Media Relations.
