The New York Jets have put the wheels in motion to revamp its offensive staff, according to a source close to the team.New York struggled with the football this season, averaging 307.7 yards per game – 27th in the NFL. Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, who signed a two-year deal heading into the season, is at the center of the reports. Schottenheimer has been mentioned in open head coaching talks, while Norv Turner and Josh McDaniels are rumored to be a replacement for him in New York.
