Johnathan Snyder of Queen City Sports has learned from sources close to Terrence McGee that the former Bills defensive back is expected to sign a one-year league minimum deal with the division rival, New England Patriots.
McGee played a total of just 22 games over the past three seasons with the Bills. During his career in Buffalo, he recorded 440 total tackles, 17 interceptions, 3 forced fumbles, and three sacks.
McGee was drafted in 2003 in the fourth round by Buffalo and has spent his entire ten-year career with the team.

Most NFL players christen their contracts by going out and buying fancy, luxurious cars.
Buffalo Bills rookie Da’Rick Rogers didn’t follow suit.
In fact, Rogers still doesn’t own a car at all.

With NFL training camp under way, it’s time to look at the positives of the upcoming Buffalo Bills season. The negatives have been much easier to cover for the last decade or so, and I don’t plan to dwell on those. You know them well enough. This team lacks the top end talent found all over the AFC, and a wise better wouldn’t wager on the team getting more than five or six...
Buffalo Bills pass rusher Mario Williams has had a bad offseason. From trying to recover an engagement ring worth more than half a million dollars to poking fun at the Aaron Hernandez situation, Williams was just looking forward to the season. Via ProFootballTalk, Williams might be the center of an investigation of a police academy he graduated from in May of this year. The focus...
BAD NEWS BILLS
Buffalo Bills wide receiver suffered an injury during a Friday training camp practice. Specifics are not known, but Johnson was clutching his left hamstring.
The Bills picked EJ Manuel in the first round for a reason. They saw his abilities when the media was only salivating over Geno Smith. Now it seems that the Bills may get what they want from Manuel in the upcoming season. Many people thought that Manuel was going to quietly ride the pine, while getting good veteran tips from Kevin Kolb. However, as NFL.com is reporting it may be...
The Buffalo Bills have signed rookie free agent defensive back Don Unamba.
The signing was announced Wednesday, after the Bills completed their fourth day of training camp in suburban Rochester.
Listed at 6-foot-1 and 192 pounds, Unamba initially signed with St. Louis following the NFL draft before being cut by the Rams in June. He played college at Southern Arkansas, where he...
Apologies for the late night review of camp, but today’s was my wife’s birthday. My wife is an absolute saint when it comes to my article writing, tweeting, so on and so forth when it comes to the Bills and football, so I promised to hold off my writeup.
Today’s writeup with be in simple Quick Hit form due to the time of day it’s being posted.

Stop me if you've heard this one before: Jock gets credit for classwork he didn't actually do, is ceremonially moved through the system to become someone else's problem.
We're all familiar with that story, but it just usually doesn't involve police academies.
In Mario Williams' case, it does, according to KTRK-13 News in Houston. You may remember that Williams...
I was interviewed and answered a few questions as a part of Route4Sports.com ‘s 32 interviews in 32 days. Check out it and the rest of the series out here, and the interview is below. I talk a little bit about the quarterback battle, the defense, and expectations.
Joe Wedra: Who do you expect to win the QB race and why?

Carrying 260 pounds on your frame works well if you are an NFL linebacker but — as a competitor on the "American Ninja Warrior" obstacle-course — it's better to be a little guy. And nobody knows that better than former NFL star Shawne Merriman.
Merriman knows from experience. The oft-injured former San Diego Chargers and Buffalo Bills linebacker recently appeared...
BY NICK ST. DENISJairus Byrd's job as one of the Buffalo Bills' starting safeties is safe -- if he ever decides to show up. But while Byrd is absent from training camp due to a contract dispute, other Bills defensive backs are taking advantage. There is a positional competition going on for the second starting safety spot, and with Byrd away, the players trying to earn that...
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson suffered a hamstring strain on Friday, and could miss the majority of the preseason according to Pro Football Talk.
Per a league source, Johnson has definitely strained the muscle, and his specific timetable for a return currently is unclear. The assumption is that he’ll miss most of the preseason.
His absence will definitely stall his...
Heading into the 2012 season, the Buffalo Bills were being picked by many as a surprise playoff team. Their offense seemed to have big play potential with the likes of Stevie Johnson at wide receiver, and Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller at running back. On the defensive side of the ball, the Bills looked to sure things up with the signing of former #1 overall pick Mario Williams...
Definition of RELEVANCE:
1 – a : relation to the matter at hand
b : practical and especially social applicability : pertinence
If you are a first time reader of the Return to Relevance series, I’ll bring you up to speed faster than Mario Williams can flee the field at St. John Fisher (too soon?); relevancy in the NFL is defined as postseason play. By that logic, the Buffalo Bills...
