It was like seeing a shooting star in full daylight. Miami Dolphins coach Tony Sparano rarely ever criticizes players.
You can point out how a certain offensive tackle - who shall remain nameless – has been a turnstile all season. Or you could hammer him on Brandon Marshall dropping a couple critical, but tough end zone passes – and Sparano would find some way to spin it favorably.
That’shis style. Nobody goes under the bus, and that approach has gained him respect inside the locker room. That why this winless team hasn’t quit.
However, sometimes if Sparano’s confronted on a player’s shortcoming, or asked about an area that needs improvement, he’ll hint at something.
