The Rams have lost four games in a row by a combined score of 103-40. The Bengals have lost four of their last five games, but this is a big game for them as far as making the playoffs are concerned. Here is a look at the matchups in this game:
When the Rams have the ball: The Rams are starting Kellen Clemens at QB in this game, so look for them to lean on RB Steven Jackson to try to carry them home both running and catching the ball out of the backfield. The problem with that philosophy is that the Bengals are only giving up 100.0 yards rushing per game and 3.7 yards per carry so far this year. Jackson will have to fight for every yard he gets tomorrow. Rams’ QBs have been sacked 46 times already this year, so Clemens is going to have to get rid of the ball quickly tomorrow. The Rams are going to need a WR or TE to step up as the Bengals will likely be double covering WR Brandon Lloyd.

Feeley out with a broken thumb, the St. Louis Rams will give the starting nod to QB Kellen Clemens this week. The Rams are hosting the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

Rams have nothing to play for but the future
ST. LOUIS Long after his team's latest loss, Kellen Clemens slouched in front of his locker and leafed through a stats packet that told a common story. On Dec. 7, the St. Louis Rams claimed the former New York Jets and Houston Texas quarterback off waivers to serve as a backup to Sam Bradford and A.J. Feeley after injuries sidelined both players. Clemens flipped through the...
Kellen Clemens is a starter again
Once upon a time, Kellen Clemens was a “quarterback of the future” in New York. He started eight games in 2007, then Brett Favre arrived, and Clemens has made only one more start since. Until now. (Excited yet?) The Rams are expected to start Clemens on Sunday with Sam Bradford (ankle) officially doubtful after not…

Rams QB Sam Bradford Doubtful, Kellen Clemens Preparing To Start
Rams QB Sam Bradford (ankle) did not return to practice Friday and was still in a walking boot as he left the field early to get off his feet. Bradford is looking iffy to play Week 15 against the Bengals. Bradford is officially listed as doubtful. Itd be tough to get him to the game, coach Steve Spagnuolo said. But were not giving up hope. Hes done that before, bounced...
Steven Jackson is Rams Sole Bright Spot, Key to Week 15 Victory
*Authors note; this article was written the Saturday night before the Bengals – Rams game. As a St Louis Rams fan there is much to be humbled by at this point in the season, however in an attempt to demonstrate that there does maintain some amount of heart in this shattered club, I am predicting that the Rams (2-11) will beat the Bengals (7-6) Sunday in St. Louis. The quarterback...
