The St. Louis Rams are headed into the offseason in a much better position than they were this time last year. Head coach Jeff Fisher and general manager Les Snead did an outstanding job in rebuilding the Rams in short order, but the job is not done. The Rams finished the season 7-8-1 on the year and were just on the outside looking in for a wild card spot in the NFL playoffs. There is still work to do in reshaping the roster in St. Louis and upgrading talent in certain spots is necessary if the Rams hope to compete with the likes of the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West.
