It wasn't a Sunday night or Monday night game, but it was still another embarrassing loss to the Chicago Bears for the St. Louis Rams.I did predict that it was going to be a loss for the Rams, but I thought the Rams would have a better performance then they actually did. The Bears beat the Rams 23-6. The Rams only scored two field goals courtesy of rookie Greg Zuerlein. The Rams came off the high of beating the Redskins the week before, but they weren't even able to score a touchdown during this game.Jay Cutler didn't have a good game, but the Bears' defense was able to keep from fumbling and win the game. The Rams are now the only team not to force their opponent to fumble this season. One of the reasons the Rams had so much trouble is because they weren't able to protect Bradford. Bradford was sacked six times during the game. The Rams had two costly turnovers which didn't help either. The bright side of the game for the Rams was that they only had four penalt...

Rams get their kicks in beating Seahawks

ST. LOUIS -- There was no fantastic finish for the Seattle Seahawks this time. Relying on thunder-footed rookie kicker Greg Zuerlein and a defense which kept the Seahawks out of the end zone after the game's first 4 minutes and 15 seconds, the St. Louis Rams matched their win total of 2011 with a 19-13 win Sunday at Edward Jones Dome. Zuerlein, a sixth-round draft pick in...

Rams rookie kicker Greg Zuerlein being compared to Rob Bironas by Jeff Fisher

The rookie kicker is 8 for 8 on field goals this season, including a 56-yarder last week — 1 yard shy of the franchise record. Sam Bradford passed for 310 yards and three touchdowns two weeks ago, but didn’t get the Rams into the end zone in Sunday’s loss at Chicago. Running back Steven Jackson is nursing a groin injury. An offensive line that had been keeping Bradford fairly...

Top 10 NFL Week 4 Takeaways

One of only two unbeaten QBs 10) The Bills took a big lead on the Patriots, just to show that they could still give up 52 points and get blown out anyway 9) Greg Zuerlein is the Rams' kicker, he connected from 58 and 60 yards, and honestly, it might be time to start taking the air out of the kicking balls 8) You can not stop Dwayne Bowe from providing fantasy goodness in...

Fantasy Football Week 4 Preview: Bears at Cowboys

Chicago Bears @ Dallas CowboysChicago: The Bears didn’t need their best effort to beat the St. Louis Rams, as it sure seemed like they couldn’t get a whole lot going anyhow against a very beatable Rams defense. Now they get a Cowboys defense that is considerably tougher, especially at home.Jay Cutler hasn’t looked very start-able since Week 1, and there’s no reason to start...

Tough loss, Cleveland (23-16; Two 4th quarter field goals). It’s ok, you still have Ohio State football to follow – until late November. Brandon Weeden now has 3 TDs and 7 INTs this season.
