With the only puzzle piece remaining for the St. Louis Rams being their still vacant general manager position, the upcoming NFL Draft in April is beginning to take full attention from the vast majority of fans. As possessors of the second overall selection, the Rams sit in an ideal position to move around in this draft and maximize their picking potential. It should come as no surprise then that the team’s new head coach, Jeff Fisher, came out during Super Bowl week to say that the club would strongly consider trading out of that second pick.
According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Fisher said: “There are going to be teams that have some interest in that pick. What we do will define the future of this franchise moving forward.
