I think your right bird 819, this has nothing to do with religion with what I'm about to say. My question is, why did they even bring him in? I could not understand the signing of Tebow, and I cannot understand it to this day. Do some of you think it was a PR thing? Would somebody please explain to me why they did it? I live in the Seattle area and have been a Seahawk fan since the beginning, and I have seen alot of interesting signings over the decades, but the Tebow signing has been a real head scratcher to me. I'm just glad my team was not involved. Would someone please tell me why they pulled such a move?

I totally agree with you. He's a great quaterback and a good man. They should thank thier luck stars that they have him and anybody that gets him and makes him their starter, they will see how good he is when given the chance to play.

You've GOT to be kidding! "What are they scared of"....????Well, they're NOT scared of winning, and they ARE scared of losing. If Tebow really was the quality quarterback his college fans believe, the Jets would've used him in a flash. These people are professionals, and to them NOTHING trumps winning. Coaches lose their jobs when the team doesn't win, so it's to their benefit to use the best players they have as much as they can.

Tebow's signing wasn't about football; it was a publicity stunt pure and simple, aimed at putting fannies in the seats. Watching video of him play, they KNEW he wasn't an NFL-quality QB. He throws almost sidearm, so he can't even get the ball out of the pocket (over 6'5" & 6'7" linemen), and since he can only pass rolling out, opponents rush him from the sides to keep him in the pocket. Tebow's college reputation was built around facing opponents who had maybe two or three NFL-quality defenders each. In the NFL, every opponent has a full team of NFL-quality defenders.

Once again in front of my face is another NEGATIVE article about somebody who just tries to play a game and make a living for himself and family. This man has worked his tail off to be where he is at. It sickens me that a writer/press has nothing better to do with their time but to down grade an individual and make him into a joke. The reason tebo didn't play was because sanchez was giving ryan the dirty sanchez.

I totally agree, give Tim Tebow a chance, Denver should of kept him as their ist string, incase Manning got hurt, Having 4 neck surgeries is dangerous. I know I have a daughter who had 4 neck surgeries and now is disabled. He is a great quarterback.

I could come up with a few things that could defined Tim but the most telling issue is the crew he played with. Where it seemed that they would have lined up against him rather than play with him when he was put in the game. Where it seems Greg was a wanted member of his team.

But the real telling story about this article/blurb is that this writer has such a dislike for Tim and/or his faith, that he takes the time to find such an insignificant fact/stat just to try to be-little Tim. If the writer had any self esteem or thought much of them-self they could and would find something to write about that had some value. Because my belief is that Tim Tebow knows he will be the one standing when it all shakes out.

So they need to grow up or find another line of work that will suit their personality.
