According to numerous sources including Max himself via Twitter, Steelers’ right tackle Max Starks has re-signed with the team and will be joingin them in Latrobe in eight days. This was the tweet sent out by Starks just recently; Max Starks IV ‏@maxstarks78 It’s real and sealed! I’ll be seeing you in Latrobe! http://instagr.am/p/NMQ9-hufnW/ Drafted in 2004, the same year as Ben Roethlisberger, Starks will provide an immediate boost to an already improving offensive line. The big man from the Univeristy of Florida is coming off of knee surgery but obviously the Steelers found his rehab to be going quite well. Should Starks be able to hold down his right tackle spot, this allows second year man Marcus Gilbert to remain on the left side while rookie Mike Adams can learn either or both tackle positions.
