Status of Cardinals WR Michael Wilson Revealed

Wilson - a third-round pick from Stanford - has impressed since arriving from the 2023 NFL Draft, effectively operating as Arizona's WR2 underneath Marquise "Hollywood" Brown. 

Wilson is suffering from a shoulder injury which will now keep him out for the first time this season. Wilson battled injury concerns during his tenure in college which led to his draft stock falling before a strong performance at the Senior Bowl impressed NFL personnel. 

Wilson was one of five players questionable for the Cardinals, who have lost their last five games. Kyler Murray, Krys Barnes, Greg Dortch and Kevin Strong are currently unknown for their status heading into Cleveland, though Murray wasn't activated from the PUP list as Clayton Tune will start at quarterback. 

Trystan Colon and Emari Demercado were previously ruled out. 

With two receivers listed as questionable, Andre Baccellia was called up from the practice squad this weekend. 

Arizona plays Cleveland at 10:00 AM Arizona time, and will take on the Browns with one of their best young weapons.
