James Harrison may still have hope that he has a chance of returning to black and yellow, but the Pittsburgh Steelers are ready to close the door on the 34 year-old defensive player. After the Baltimore Ravens signed Elvis Dumervil, the line of people waiting on Harrison seemed slim to none. Although Harrison’s agent has told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that he hasn’t closed the door on his client returning to Pittsburgh, Coach Mike Tomlin has basically closed that door, locked the deadbolt, and chained the door shut. “I believe that Jason Worilds is champing at the bit to prove he is capable of being that,” Tomlin told Bouchette at the NFL Annual Meeting in Phoenix. “When I first got to Pittsburgh in 2007, and we had to let go of Joey Porter, there was a guy that came in my office that was ready to prove that he was capable of 900 to 1,000 snaps a year.
