Pittsburgh Steelers left guard Doug Legursky was carted off the field Sunday with an apparent ankle injury. Legursky injured his left ankle in the first quarter vs. Jacksonville. He was driven back by Tyson Alualu and came up limping after the play with an apparent ankle or Achilles' tendon issue. Legursky was replaced by Trai Essex. He played just eight games in his 2009 rookie season and had missed one game this year. The AFC champion Steelers have been hit hard by injuries on both sides of the ball this season.
