Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury.
The Steelers made Brown inactive for Sunday night's game against Baltimore, and Emmanuel Sanders will start in Brown's place.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had already been ruled out with a sprained right shoulder and dislocated rib. The Steelers also made safety Troy Polamalu (right calf), right tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle), linebackers Stevenson Sylvester (hamstring) and Adrian Robinson, and defensive back DeMarcus Van **** inactive.
Running back Rashard Mendenhall, sidelined with a right Achilles strain for the last month, was active for Pittsburgh. Byron Leftwich will start for Roethlisberger. The Steelers are 0-4 against the Ravens when Roethlisberger doesn't start since 2005.
The Ravens' inactive list included guards Bobbie Williams (ankle) and Ramon Harewood, defensive tackle Terrence Cody (arm), cornerbacks Jimmy Smith and Asa Jackson, wide receiver Deonte Thompson and defensive end Pernell McPhee.
