Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reported on Friday that former Chicago Bears tight end Matt Spaeth might land back with the Pittsburgh Steelers. ESPN is now reporting that Spaeth has indeed signed back with the team that drafted him in the third round of the 2007 draft.
Spaeth played his first four seasons in the league with the Steelers where he registered 36 catches for 275 yards and 5 touchdowns. He left via free agency in 2011 to sign with the Bears where he registered 13 catches for 78 yards and 3 touchdowns in two seasons.
