Another Steelers player has put his hand into the restructured contract pile as Scott Brown reports via Twitter that tight end Heath Miller is restructering his contract to help free up salary cap room for this year. The Steelers rewarded Miller with a six-year, $35.3 million contract extension back in July of 2009 that included a $12.5 million signing bonus. Miller was set to count around $5.6 million against the cap this year with a base of around $3.4 million.
