TEAMS: Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was ruled out of Monday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk reported Saturday. Brown sustained a high ankle injury during last Sunday's win against the New York Giants. A source told Pro Football Talk that Brown could miss a few games because of the injury. The injury was reported by the team as not serious, but the sources said it is worse than believed. Emmanuel Sanders, who was fined $15,000 this week for faking an injury, will start in place of Brown. Sanders appealed the fine. The Steelers were also fined $35,000.
