The San Francisco 49ers are back and ready to get the taste of the Super Bowl out of their mouth. The Niners took on the Denver Broncos yesterday at Candlestick Park. This game was expected to be an exciting Preseason game with possibly the two best teams in the NFL squaring off, but it was anything but. Peyton Manning and Colin Kaepernick played one series each and then came...

Look, I get peoples excitement about it, they’re excited that football is back and they love just seeing their team go out there and play. I get that, and thats great, but honestly, I’d rather watch reruns of the first season of Seinfeld, and the first season...

The 49ers have signed CB Eric Wright to a one-year deal. Upon signing the 49ers have placed him on the Non-Football Injury/Illness list.
If you recall Wright was traded to the 49ers weeks ago, but the trade fell through as Wright failed his physical. With the loss of Culliver for the year it was only a matter of time until Wright made it back on the 49ers roster.

The San Francisco 49ers are finally back! We know longer need to pass the time debating Colin Kaepernick’s fashion statements. With an appearance in last year’s Super Bowl, most teams would be contempt. Not the Red and Gold. After leaving New Orleans with a bitter taste, the quest for six continues! Tonight, the San Francisco 49ers will kick off the preseason at home against...
AJ Jenkins did nothing in his rookie year, but there wasn’t much opportunity behind the veterans. The door cracked open when Michael Crabtree went down, but it doesn’t seem as though Jenkins is taking full advantage of the situation. Jim Harbaugh wasn’t exactly thrilled with the first action of the season last night either:
“Uh, could have been better,” 49ers coach...
The San Francisco 49ers have signed CB Eric Wright to a one-year deal.
The 49ers waived undrafted rookie CB Lowell Rose to make room for Wright.
Wright has been placed on the Non-Football Injury/Illness List.
49ers GM Trent Baalke previous mentioned that he was not willing to close the door on adding Wright to their roster, despite the fact that their trade with the Buccaneers...

As far as 49ers receiver Kyle Williams is concerned, there's only one way for his team to bid farewell to Candlestick Park this season.
''You've got go out right. You've got to win,'' Williams said Saturday after the team's annual Fan Fest. ''There's been so many great teams - not just good - great teams, dynasties that have been through...
The 49ers have signed free-agent corner Eric Wright, the team announced before its preseason opener Thursday. He joins a secondary looking to replace Chris Culliver who is likely out for the season after tearing his ACL in the first week of training camp.
Coming off Thursday's 10-6 defeat to the Denver Broncos to open the preseason, the 49ers were right back at Candlestick Saturday practicing in front of 10,536 at the team's annual Fan Fest event. But on the day Kendall Hunter returned to action, the team had its sloppiest practice of training camp.
