Suggs practices, Rice maintains hold on starting role

Pro Bowl outside linebacker Terrell Suggs practiced with the team and might play Thursday night in the final preseason game on the road against the Atlanta Falcons. Suggs practiced the first three days after training camp begin in late July, and hasn't practiced since because of a strained Achilles' heel.
