If there is one player who likes chirping about the Patriots it is Terrell Suggs. We hadn't heard from him since he threw salt in the wounds following the team's playoff loss to the Ravens. That one was tough because there wasn't much Pats fans could say in response. Now Suggs is chiming in on the recent Robert Kraft/Vladimir Putin Super Bowl ring debacle. Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs was exiting a nightclub in Los Angeles this weekend and was questioned by paparazzi about Kraft’s stolen ring story. Suggs said he would “get it right back” and when the paparazzi reporter retorted that Putin was a “scary guy,” Suggs said he, too, knew a lot of “scary” guys. Vladimir Putin is a beast Suggs asserting that him and his crew could rough up Putin and get a ring back is a bold statement to say the least. Apparently he doesn't know Putin is the manliest man in the history of men. To list some of his feats of strength (these are all true), Vladimir Putin has: ...

Hi my name is Joe Flacco, what’s yours?

The 2013 NFL season for the Baltimore Ravens will resemble a college new student orientation where John Harbaugh will need to hand out the “Hello my name is” name tags for all of the changes the team made this off season.  This is strange for a team that is also the reigning Super Bowl Champions. Harbaugh, along with long time GM Ozzie Newsome, have been hard at work building...

Baltimore Ravens: rehabilitating the defense

Lardarius Webb (Photo credit: Patrick Smith/Getty Images) On paper, the Ravens’ defense looks destined for failure. Ray Lewis has retired, Ed Reed is playing in Houston, Terrell Suggs had a questionable return after an Achilles tendon tear, Haloti Ngata suffered a knee sprain in the Super Bowl, and Lardarius Webb is still recovering from an ACL tear in October. But will the Ravens...

Baltimore Ravens have no reason to doubt GM Ozzie Newsome

Joe Flacco (Photo credit: Jed Jacobsohn/New York Times) After an incredible playoff run ending with a Super Bowl victory, many would think the Baltimore Ravens would no longer be looked at as the “underdog”. But unfortunately for the Ravens, that is not the case. In fact, the Denver Broncos are favored by 7 in the Ravens season opener, which is still two and a half months away...

Torrey Smith does "Ray Lewis" dance with wife for engagement photos

For those of you not in the know about Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith, he recently got engaged to girlfriend, Chantel Williams. As part of their engagement photos, both of them decided to take the field at M&T Bank Stadium and do the "Ray Lewis" dance: (Courtesy of Reddit NFL)

Ray Lewis is a Leader of Men Who Play Paintball

What time is it Juan? Baltimore Ravens recently retired defensive star Ray Lewis is a leader of Men, and now he’s a leader of men playing paintball. Lewis was the general of his paintball team  Ray’s Summer Days festivities as his house — I’d follow Ray into the paintball battlefield any day of the week. Steelers S Ryan Clark Says He’s Still Not Scared Of Ravens QB Joe Flacco

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco had a heck of run through the playoffs last season that culminated with him winning a Super Bowl championship and an MVP award. Flacco has since been rewarded by the Ravens with a six-year, $120.6 million contract, but Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark still doesn't consider him to be one of the top quarterbacks despite his accomplishments...

Chael Sonnen Says he Would Smack LeBron and Ray Lewis in the Face (Video)

It seems like the butt-whooping Chael Sonnen took at the hands of Jon “Bones” Jones in April, didn’t instill any kind of prolonged humility in the UFC fighter. Sonnen, who is known to go off at the mouth every time a camera is in his face, appeared on a panel on “Jim Rome on Showtime” along with Tom Tolbert and former Baltimore Ravens player Brendon Ayanbadejo. The discussion...

Pro Bowl FB Vonta Leach really wants to play for Houston Texans

Pro Bowl fullback Vonta Leach put a timeframe on when he will sign with a new team after being released by the Baltimore Ravens last week. “I know I can play in this league and I’ve got some teams that are courting me,” he said on Friday, according to the Daily Reflector. “In the next two weeks, I know where I’ll be playing.” Leach has called a return to the Houston Texans...
