Sunday – 12/30/12 Landover, MD 8:20 PM This is it. The moment all of Redskins Nation has been waiting for. One of the NFL’s biggest rivalries will be renewed on Sunday night with all of America watching — and this time with huge implications on the line. It is put up or shut up time for the Redskins. Unless you have been sleeping under a rock for the past couple weeks, you know that Sunday’s game is for the NFC East title. Washington has a chance to do what every team would want to do, send their rival on an early fishing trip. If the Redskins win, Dallas goes home to watch the playoffs from their couches. There is a scenario where Washington can still get in the playoffs with a loss (Chicago and Minnesota would also have to lose week 17), but let’s not even worry about that one at the moment. With tickets selling for over $500 easy, the atmosphere at FedEx field is going to be outstanding. I personally CAN’T WAIT for Sunday evening to roll around. I have been asking Is It Sunday Yet all week. I normally try not to be that annoying fan who posts HTTR statuses all over their Facebook, but I just don’t think I can help it this week. So HAIL TO THE REDSKINS, Beat Dallas, RGIII, RGIII, RGIII, We Want Dallas, Hail Yeah….and everything else. Let’s give America what they want and send the Cowboys on a long flight home.
