The Ghost of No. 85 Returns to Haunt Patriots  The Giants see a Patriots’ winning streak and they compelled to break it.  Four years ago they derailed the Pats’ quest for an perfect 19-0 season by mounting a memorable comeback in Super Bowl XLII. Yesterday, New England had them on the ropes in protecting their confines, where they had not lost a game since the 2008 season. Eli Manning drove the Giants back from the dead to send the Patriots’ home with another streak broken. New Englanders wake up at nights with visions of No. 85 (David Tyree) making his famous, back-breaking catch.
