Taking Allen Rossum to the game

Allen Rossum will be the kick and punt returner for the rest of the season now that he's signed on. He was wearing No. 27 on the practice field on Wednesday. But how will the Cowboys alter their 45-man gameday roster? Do they take two tight ends in Jason Witten and Martellus Bennett and leave John Phillips off? They can't do that because of how much they use the "12" package. An injury to either Witten or Bennett would mess that plan up. They can't go lighter at wide receiver.
