The Tampa Bay Buccaneers started play in 1976 and have experienced lots of ups and downs from starting their first two seasons with a 2-26 record to winning the Super Bowl finishing the 2002 season.Part of the problem over the years for Tampa Bay has been poor play at the quarterback position. Tampa Bay has never had a consistent or franchise quarterback and now are contemplating what to do with current quarterback, Josh Freeman.While Tampa Bay has never really had a decent quarterback, this article looks back at the five worst quarterbacks in the history of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
