As we slowly make the transition from football season to the offseason, there are a number of different approaches that teams are taking. Some teams have blown it up, and are in the middle of starting over while some teams are simply looking to add a little more talent to their rosters before the start of the 2013 season. Here's a short list of interesting teams to watch as the offseason gets started.
New York Jets: It's an often repeated saying, but general managers like having their own guys in the organization, especially at the head coach position.
