The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms on a one-year deal with wide receiver Kevin Walter and center/guard Chris Spencer, the team announced Monday. “Both Kevin and Chris are established veterans in this league who have a great deal of starting experience,” said Titans general manager Ruston Webster. “They have made significant contributions on good teams during their careers.  We feel like they can come in and provide increased competition at their respective positions for us.” Photo Credit: TitansOnline.com Walter was selected in the seventh round (No. 255 overall) out of Eastern Michigan in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, and after three seasons, he took his talents elsewhere and joined the Houston Texans, who released Walter just before the start of free agency.
