In the 2011 season, the Tennessee Titans showed promise by posting a respectable 9-7 record but 2012 was a step in the wrong direction. They struggled on both sides of the ball, placing in the bottom quarter of the league in an abundance of statistical categories. The Titans showed confidence in their young and talented quarterback, Jake Locker, by giving him the starting job. Unlike some of the notable, young, signal callers, Locker struggled and failed to throw for more touchdowns than interceptions.Even the Titans' best player, Chris Johnson, seemed to not perform up to his potential. His burst that propelled him to 2,000 yards has appeared to be diminished. But many people had a hard year, instead of wallowing in their sorrows, the best thing to do is to look to the future and how to improve. That's how the Tennessee Titans should think, and these three new year's resolutions should help change their fortunes.

2012 Tennessee Titans Biggest Disappointment: Jake Locker

The flip side to my recent pick of Derrick Morgan the biggest surprise for the Titans in 2012 is picking the biggest disappointment. While Morgan wasn't the only player I considered for that honor, after a 6-10 season following up 2011's 7-9 mark, the disappointment field is sadly a competitive one. The problem with picking a disappointment (and also a surprise) is that...
