BALTIMORE (TheSportsEncounter) May 4, 2012: Terrell Suggs, the Baltimore Ravens linebacker, will have to undergo a surgery to a partial tear of his Achilles and hence will have to sit out of four to six months of the 2012 National Football League season.
Terrell Suggs, who is the current defensive player of the year, confirmed his surgery news on Thursday but said that he was looking forward to return for his side midway through the 2012 NFL season.
Suggs, 29, attracted the injury during a conditioning test and will be undergoing a surgery sometime next week.
