”We need another playmaker (at receiver). We want more speed at receiver. Andre (Johnson) had a great year, but we can’t expect him to carry the load for all the receivers.” - Houston Texans Owner, Bob McNair   It is that time of year where Houston Texans fans will start clamoring to find out who might be the next draft pick of the hometown team. We helped out and put together the top wide receivers of this 2013 NFL draft that are considered to be picks in the top two rounds. There are plenty of wide receivers that could fit the Texans mold, but more importantly give the team that added weapon opposite of Andre Johnson.
