Backup Texans linebacker Darryl Sharpton went down with a knee injury and was carted off the field after a 4-yard run by Maurice Jones-Drew early in the second quarter. Sharpton gave the thumbs up to the Reliant Stadium crowd as he headed to the lockerroom. Thats a terrible blow losing Sharpton. He backs up DeMeco Ryans. Sharpton, in his second season, is the most underrated player on defense.
