The Houston Texans had no answer for a relentless Patriots offense and defense last week, but fared much better in their rebound game against the Indianapolis Colts, taking home the AFC South crown in the process for the second straight season. Final score 29-17. The Colts were in need of a win against division rival Houston in their bid for a playoff berth, but comeback kid Andrew Luck (13/27, 186 YDS, 2 TD) and the rest of the team simply couldn't get it done when it mattered most. J.J. Watt was his usual powerful self, breaking through the Colts line for three sacks on Luck, but the win had to do with all three phases of the game for the Texans. RB Arian Foster punished the Colts, running for 165 yards, which included 75 clock-killing yards in the 4th quarter; Shayne Graham kicked five field goals, and Bryan Braman blocked a punt that he returned for a TD as well. QB Matt Schaub threw for 261 yards, going 23-31 and connecting with Andre Johnson on a 3-yard pass in the 1st Quarter. Johnson finished the day with 11 receptions for 151 yards. var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});

The new faces of pain: Aldon Smith vs J.J. Watt

Five Reasons The Texans Will Choke In Playoffs

After the most successful season in franchise history the Texans came into this season as one of the favorites to win the AFC. And why not?
