Houston Texans safety Danieal Manning underwent surgery Monday for a fractured left tibia suffered in Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans.
Manning is expected to miss at least four weeks, Texans coach Gary Kubiak said.
"We think there's an opportunity for him to come back this year," Kubiak said.
Manning was hurt while making his second interception of the season. He is in his first year with Houston.
