2013 NFL draft pick Travardo Williams and the Houston Texans have agreed to and signed a four-year deal. The fourth-round line backer was a tad behind third-round pick Sam Montgomery according to coach Gary Kubiak, but still has a solid shot at making an impact as a rookie this season.
