According to the Robisonian.com, Leach was arrested this week for misdemeanor simple assault for a fight that occurred last month at a party he hosted at a North Carolina restaurant. Leach was jailed and released and is scheduled for a court appearance on August 18th. According to the police report, two women began fighting at around 2 am, and Leach escorted them out of the building. Leach then got into a fight with a guy who claims that Leach hit him with a beer bottle to the face and kicked him.
