Texans Waive OL Charles Spencer

Reports from Scout.com say that the Texans have waived their 2006 third-round pick, offensive lineman Charles Spencer.  The 6-foot-4, 337 pound lineman started last season as the teams left tackle, but suffered a severe leg injury in the second game of the season and has not played since then.  No word if Spencer is going to be able to find a job elsewhere, as the injury in September 06 may have been career ending.
