Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson has been ruled out of Thursday night's game against the Indianapolis Colts. It will be the third straight game missed by Johnson since he suffered a left hamstring injury against the Atlanta Falcons on Dec. 4. The standout wide receiver also missed six games earlier this season for a right hamstring injury that required a surgical procedure. Texans coach Gary Kubiak said Johnson is "very close" to returning to the field. "I would love Andre to get some playing time before we head into January," Kubiak said. Houston (10-4) has already wrapped up the AFC South title and trails the New England Patriots (11-3) and Baltimore Ravens (10-4) for the top two seeds and a first-round bye in the playoffs. Johnson has 31 catches for 471 yards and two touchdowns in six games this season.
