Ravens Locker:
The Ravens have re-signed 28-year old cornerback Chris Carr. Carr played in all 16 games for the Ravens last year and he had 61 tackles, 2 tackles for a loss, 3 forced fumbles, 8 passes defensed and 2 interceptions. Carr has now played in 96 games in his first 6 years in the NFL and he has 96 tackles, 7 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, 7 forced fumbles, 22 passes defensed and 6 interceptions (1 returned for a TD). Carr concentrated on defense last season and he really played well. I don’t see the Ravens letting him return punts or kickoffs in 2011 because of his value on defense. Carr has returned 144 punts for 1,047 yards (7.3 avg) and 250 kickoffs for 6,154 yards (24.6 avg) so far in his NFL career.
