The first week of the NFL always brings about surprises.  The pre season is to find out who’s going to make your team and not necessarily how you use your playbook.  That was apparent when the Jets demolished the Bills at Met Life Stadium yesterday.  New York really didn’t surprise Buffalo with the “Tebown Offense” but did catch them off guard when Joe Namath showed up to play quarterback for the Jets.  Oh that was Mark Sanchez?!  Ya fooled me because that wasn’t the Sanchise we all saw during the pre season.  He played the best game of his pro career in my opinion and shut up the haters for at least one more week.  Oh by the way Buffalo was bad!
RGIII wasn’t bad at all.  As a matter of a fact he was absolutely outstanding.  In one of the greatest debuts in NFL history, Griffin led the Redskins into what seemed like an impossible situation.  New Orleans is a dominant home team in the dome but Washington’s offense were the dominators.  RGIII was efficient, athletic and intelligent all afternoon and helped the Skins shock the football world.
