Each season the NFL sees not only players, but also Front Office personnel fighting for their jobs to stay with the team for another year. The NFL is all about what have you done for me lately, and based off the current season there should be some house cleaning for the Indianapolis Colts. Of course, nobody will say it is needed as the Colts will get a pass due to Peyton Manning not playing. That is not fair to the rest of the league, in fact it’s an excuse and everyone overlooks the real issue. I have said before that the lack of talent not named Peyton Manning is alarming as it should tell everyone that Peyton is the main reason for their success since 1998. That also should mean that it’s time for the Colts to fire Bill Polian and bring in a General Manager who won’t just build around one player, but build an entire team that can contend for Super Bowls for years.  Yes, the Colts have drafted great players like Reggie Wayne, Marvin Harrison, Dwight Freeny, Robert Mathis, Dallas Clark and other great players but there are still major holes on the team, due to the fact [...]
