How many fans will call for Garrett's head after this game?

The dream team awoke Sunday night thanks to the Dallas Cowboys. This is a game they should have called off at halftime as Dallas was not even on the same field as the Eagles. I don’t think there was a receiver covered by a Dallas Defender. Many times they were barely in the picture when the completion was made. If it wasn’t for gravity the offense would not have moved the ball at all. (Referring to the old basketball analogy if it wasn’t for gravity I could not hit the ground.) Dallas played to their lowest level of possibly all time and once again it happens under Jerry Jones. It’s funny, Dallas tonight looks just like they did last season and Wade Phillips lost his job over it.

The great thing about this game is it shows how bad Dallas rally is and sets the expectations for the rest of the season. I am thankful because I am allowed two beverages a game, and before this game I was wondering if I needed to buy more if Dallas made the playoffs.

The Eagles are not this good and the rest of the season will prove that. Yeah they might make the playoffs, but if they do they will be pummeled by someone else. Not bitter grapes, just how it will be and that is why this loss is even more difficult to take. Watching this game is as bad as trying to watch ESPN.

The Eagles did not punt until the fourth quarter. The Cowboys allowed over 200 yards rushing. Only scoring 7 points, allowing 34, not making a single game changing play except 1, and players just giving up makes a horrible game. In the end it looked as if only Dez and Tanner were trying to play out the game with class. Romo was totally off hitting receivers in the legs and hitting the ground on receiver screens. Tyron Smith looked worse than a rookie, he looked as if he was some third string free agent pick up.

Yeah the season is not over for Dallas, however if they play like this again it might as well be. Dallas will have to win their remaining divisional games and lose no more than 3 games the rest of the season. That will be pretty hard to do with the Giants, Buffalo, and the Eagles again so Dallas will have to take advantage of every opportunity. Tonight however Dallas showed their soft underbelly. It is the same type of game where fans were calling for Wad Phillips head. I think that this loss is like any other where Dallas has just not put together the right type of environment to win consistently.
