Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick Mercifully the Eagles 2012 season will end this weekend. In a game that many (including myself) expected to have division title implications, is now a going through the motions game. Well at least for us fans as the players certainly have reason to play, especially Michael Vick. Vick who is getting a last shot at starting with the Eagles (via injury) will have the chance to showcase his talents for someone else next season. Not that he doesn’t have enough stats on the books that defines who he is as a player. In his seasons with the Eagles Vick has never started more than 13 games and had his best quarterback rating 100.2 in the 2010-11 season. Since then, quarterback ratings of 84.9 and 79.2, which is why Vick is out-of-town after this week and should be out of football. As a lifelong Eagles fan, I will be under  a self-imposed blackout. I will not watch Andy Reid’s final game. What’s the point? Vick never really did anything for Philly, playoff wins! As for Reid, he is the winningest coach in history who is half the coach he was when he came. Over staying his welcome and emphasizing his horrible end with Vick starting again at quarterback. I might have watched if it was Trent Edwards!Similar Posts: Vick and Reid’s future rests on Nick Foles arm Did you really think Andy Reid would switch QBs? Eagles have turned into a sideshow; time to blow it up Eagles’ Andy Reid deserves nothing but respect today, save brimstone and fire for two more weeks Monday Night Football, Mike Vick’s last chance?
