Hello all! Thanks for entering The Fake Football Emergency Room and let’s discuss some heavily started players who are on the injury report this week. QB No injuries to viable starters! RB Jamaal Charles- Kansas City Chiefs- Probable Prediction: Charles gave owners a scare early in the week when he missed practice due to a minor quad injury. However, recent reports have Charles pegged to get his normal workload. He remains a must start even though the matchup with the Cowboys isn’t necessarily ideal. Reggie Bush- Detroit Lions- Probable Prediction: Bush is a full go for Sunday. He was a little banged up after last Sunday’s contest against the Vikings with a thumb and groin issue. He remains a great RB2 option, but I don’t see Reggie making it through 16 games if the Lions continue to get him near 30 touches per game. If I owned Bush I would be trying to trade for Joique Bell. Rashad Mendenhall- Arizona Cardinals- Probable Prediction: Mendenhall practiced fully on Friday which is good news as he has a tasty matchup against the Lions coming up. I see the Cardinals running back getting a short score this week and will be an above average flex play. LeVeon Bell- Pittsburgh Steelers- Out Prediction: Bell was hoping to make it back for week 2, but he has yet to resume practicing after a foot sprain that is being called a lisfranc injury. Although there is no specific date for his return, owners can hope to have him in by week 7. WR Dez Bryant- Dallas Cowboys- Probable Prediction: He will play. Dez practiced and even made a few highlight catches in practice this week according to their official website. He should be locked in as a WR1. Roddy White- Atlanta Falcons- Questionable Prediction: White personally tweeted out earlier this week that it really hurts to cut on his sprained ankle. You almost still have to start White, but I would not expect his normal production. Temper your expectations if you are starting him. Julio Jones- Atlanta Falcons- Questionable Prediction: The Falcons are really enjoying the questionable tag this week. He is fighting a knee injury that limited his practice reps throughout the week. Everyone is expecting him to suit up against the Rams this week so feel free to leave him in your starting lineup. Larry Fitzgerald- Arizona Cardinals- Questionable Prediction: Oh the dreaded game-time decision label is being put on Fitz right now. If I had to guess I would say he is going to play. He aggravated a previous hamstring injury on Wednesday that is putting his availability in doubt.  The 4 p.m. kickoff doesn’t help, but stay tuned to the pre game shows tomorrow morning to try and get a better feel for his availability. TE Jermichael Finley- Green Bay Packers- Probable Prediction: Finley is dealing with an aggravating toe injury, but it does not seem to be hampering his performance. Start him as you normally would. Dwayne Allen- Indianapolis Colts- Doubtful Prediction: Allen probably isn’t on many fantasy teams in general so his injury isn’t really crushing anyone’s hopes. The reason I am talking about him being out is for the owners like me who are still holding out hope for Coby Fleener. I think Fleener has sneaky starting appeal this week against the Dolphins who got shredded by Jordan Cameron last week.   Are there any injuries you are worried about or do you have any lineup questions?
