Don’t judge me for bumping asses with other dudes Juan…

Every week I will look at players that are moving up in he fantasy world and those guys who are ready to crash in the basement.

Going Up

Joe Flacco

The NFL has become largely a passing league and the Ravens have always been known for their running…not this year. They still have the dangerous run game, but this year Joe is slinging the rock.  In just 4 games he has managed to put up 913 yards passing, 6 TDs, and only 2 interceptions.

Andy Dalton

Dalton had a great rookie 2011 season and he is looking to have an even better season this year.  His go to wideout is AJ Green and now with the emergence of Andrew Hawkins Andy is sitting pretty.  Currently he is the 8th ranked QB over guys like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

Alfred Morris

It’s hard to trust a Washington RB, but reports out the skins camp is that Morris is the guy going forward.  He has looked great in his games and fits in perfect with that 1 cut run game.

Trent Richardson

This stud is a rookie and when he runs it looks like he has been in the NFL for years.  Lets face it, he is all the Browns have offensively and they are going to ride him all year long.  Look for Richardson to be a fantasy monster or this season and many more to come.

Marques Colston

Colston had a great game against Green Bay and is seeing an increase in targets with Meachem out of the picture.  He seems to be Brees go to guy in 3rd down and clutch situations proving that he trusts him.  There are still a large amount of mouths to feed on this offense but Colston will get his.

Torrey Smith

Smith who was once just a deep threat has really proved he can be an all around receiver.  He is by far Flacco’s favorite target and has become a huge part of this offense.

Owen Daniels

Daniels has seen a steady load of targets and has found his way into the end zone the past 2 weeks.  He is a guy who has always had talent and he is emerging as an end zone threat making him good fantasy option.

Scott Chandler

Chandler is part of a Bills offense who likes to throw the ball a ton.  He now has 4 TDs on the year and is a big, physical target for Fitzpatrick to hit.

Going Down

Jake Locker

Locker suffered a separated shoulder this week and didn’t help any of his fantasy owners before he went out of the game.  Defenses are really focusing on the unexperienced QB making this season a long and tough road for the Titan.

Ryan Mathews

If you saw the Chargers game you would have seen that it was not only Jackie Battle who got the start, but it was Battle who also put up 2 TDs.  Matthews will still put up decent numbers, but it looks like Battle will be the goal line back creating a situation much like Matt Forte and Michael Bush.

Doug Martin

Martin has shown that he has the skills to be a premiere back in the NFL. The main problem is that he has Freeman under center and defenses know they need to rely heavily on the run.

Greg Jennings

Jennings was injured in week 1 and it seems that the injury is going to be a problem going forward.  This is a high powered offense with a ton of talented, young players.  Jennings has had his time in the sun.

Brandon LaFell

Lafell started out strong and was producing good fantasy numbers.  What looked to be a case where Steve Smith would receive blanket coverage leaving Lafell to reap in the benefits, has just not been the case.

Jeremy Maclin

Maclin injured his hip week 2 and its been downhill ever since.  He only caught 1 pass last game and he if he can’t overcome this nagging injury his season is shot.
