Freak of nature would be one way to describe running back Adrian Peterson and MVP may be another.
Less than one-year ago in a meaningless game, Peterson’s left knee popped three times and left him in horrific pain. His injury was serious, a left ACL tear along with medial collateral ligament damage. Peterson needed surgery and refused to wait, scheduling the appointment for New Years Day.
