The Green Bay Packers are not scheduled to practice today as game three of the preseason is on tap for Thursday night. The 2-0 Cincinnati Bengals will host the Green Bay Packers at six p.m. Thursday night.
Both teams saw playoff action during the 2011 NFL playoffs and Green Bay head coach Mike McCarthy plans on an extended look at the starting offense during the third preseason game. Coach McCarthy stated that the first offensive unit should be on the field for at least a half. The offense needs the work since they have not been putting many points on the board during the early preseason games.
