gritty, professional and purely unemotional example to a defensive line group
that is suddenly decimated by the season-long loss of Odom, the NFL sack
leader, and the questionable status of the defensive co-captain, tackle Domata Peko.
Jon Fanene, before the ball is snapped, is going to look over at Tank
Johnson. And you know what? He’ll see those emotionless eyes. He’ll look at the
way Tank’s mouth remains motionless, almost indifferent to the setting. He’ll
take notice of the way Tank lines up just as a professional would, with two
feet and two hands solidly planted ...
