Jets Blog:
Rookie coach Eric Mangini has turned the New York Jets into playoff contenders in his first year in charge. With Mangini in charge the Jets are 2 games behind the first place New England Patriots. This has definitely been a rebuilding year for the Jets, who ended the 2005 season with 4 wins and 12 loses. The current standing of 6 wins and 5 loses is already an improvement from the previous season. To make the odds even better, the Jets will not play a team that currently has a winning record in their last five games before the playoffs. Let’s go Jets!
