Wow, it’s been a long couple of years.
These are the names Redskins fans across the nation have either praised or followed with a curse word when mentioning. They have a right to be mad. How many quarterbacks are we going to go through before we find “The One”?
Ok, that might be reaching a little. How about just a quarterback that survives more than two or three years with the team? That sounds a little more realistic.
Players considering a shot to be the next Redskins’ quarterback needs to figure out what the standard is and how to surpass it.
Checking out the stats on the quarterbacks mentioned I’ve come up with the following requirements for the next Redskins quarterback:
QB Ratio: Must meet or exceed 78 %
Completions: At least 212 or higher
Attempts: 352 or higher
Passing Pct: Higher than 60 %
Yards: Must exceed 2,400 yards
Y/G: 228 or higher
Y/A: 6.9
TD: Needs more than 12
Interceptions:...

Hue Jackson Might be an Option for the Dolphins
According to Omar Kelly of the Miami Herald, if the Dolphins end up not winning the Jeff Fisher sweepstakes, a good fall back plan might be former Oakland Raiders head coach Hue Jackson.
Jackson did do a pretty good job in his only season as the Raiders head coach. You could argue that if Jason Campbell and Darren McFadden didn’t go down, the Raiders may have made the playoffs.
