The 2012 NFL football season is ten weeks old. Several players like Adrian Peterson, Andy Dalton and Reggie Wayne are well on their way to having the best year of their career. On the flip side there are several other players who are well on their way to having the worst year of their career. I examine seven players who are having the worst year of their career. These players poor performance have impacted their team greatly. Is it too late for these NFL players to turn it around and finish 2012 strong? Only time will tell. We'll know in the next six weeks.

Bruce Arians is in a thankful mood in 2012, a year that was supposed to be his first in retirement. After being let go the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arians figured he would just fade off the NFL landscape. Just when he was going to by a walker, the Indianapolis Colts called. Arians made his feelings known in his Wednesday press conference when he stated: “Thank you Pittsburgh.”...
Indianapolis wideout Donnie Avery is questionable for Sunday's game against Buffalo. He's dealing with concussion symptoms.Fantasy Spin:Avery has been the Colts' No.2 target behind Reggie Wayne. Backup T.Y. Hilton (6-100-2 against the Patriots) has proven he can get the job done if Avery is inactive.
(Eds: With AP Photos.) By CLIFF BRUNT Associated Press Bruce Arians says he has plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
''I'm thankful for the Pittsburgh Steelers letting me go to be here,'' he said. ''Truthfully. I couldn't think of a better place to be at this point in time and to have felt more needed probably in my entire life. So, thank...
Last week: 9 (-1)
The Colts’ loss to the Patriots last week was a definite sign they haven’t quite arrived yet. They’ve beaten up on a bunch of bad teams and only have 1 win by more than a touchdown and that was against a 1-win Jacksonville team (who beat them earlier in the year). However, they have an easy schedule and a 2 game lead on everyone in the AFC except...
After speculating that ESPN’s Jon Gruden plans to leave for the NFL following this season, Sports-Illustrated’s Peter King’s comments were edited from the PTI interview on Wednesday (Credit: AP Photo)
There have been multiple reports over the past few months that former Raiders and Buccaneers coach Jon Gruden is interested in returning to the game. With a number of high profile...

Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and Colts Quarterback Andrew Luck
At first, it was just like the old days…a shootout at Foxborough between the Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots. But, then came the second half and…not so much. Come on…did we really think we were going to march into Gillette Stadium with our shiny, new quarterback and lovable team and roll right...
Man I love that movie.Anyways. This past sunday the New England legend and future Hall of Fame place kicker Adam Vinatieri was practically booed off the field during the Patriots trouncing of the Colts. How could any true blooded Patriots fan bring themselves to do that. His foot won us rings. He is the only current player in the NFL that has more rings than Brady and Belichick....
The Indianapolis Colts are looking for a bounce back game after giving up a boatload of points, 59 to be exact, last weekend to the New England Patriots. The Buffalo Bills are looking for a two game winning streak after working over the Miami Dolphins last week in Buffalo.Looking at both squads and their respective match-ups, here are three bold predictions for the game this coming...
The Indianapolis Colts still have much to prove after being dominated in their biggest test to date in the Andrew Luck-era.
As they look to get back on track, a potentially easier challenge against the visiting Buffalo Bills on Sunday won't come quick enough for the Colts.
Indianapolis (6-4) played its way into playoff contention with four straight wins against teams with a...
